I adored this place. It was like stepping into a dream. the pool area was my favorite. Its mural felt magical. there was a slide. breakfast offered such variety! the staff was attentive to every need!
i found that some areas were a little bit crowded, i guess other people also wanted to enjoy a perfect time.

the hotel's location provided very convenient access to nearby ski runs. the ski run ran right up to the door, i noticed. i found the blend of traditional and modern decor very pleasing. the suite included all necessary facilities.
i noticed some minor wear and tear in the bar area. some chairs had slight stains.

the pool is big. the waterslide is a great addition. the bar area is cosy and a great place to chill with a drink. i found a great location too. the staff are super cute and the food is delicious!!!
i booked a suite. on arrival, i found dirty dishes of the previous guests inside the dishwasher, a bad surprise.

the pool slide was a hit with the kids. the kids center was also a great place for them to spend some time. the bowling alley provided additional entertainment in the evenings.
the restaurant looked understaffed. dirty dishes sat on tables for extended periods after guests left. this issue was noticeable during dinner breakfast and in the lounge bar.

The breakfast buffet offered many options. I found the pool and slide area nice!
I booked a suite hoping to use the kitchen. Upon arrival, I discovered dirty dishes from previous guests were in the dishwasher. The lamp above the table only had one working bulb. I reported it, but no one replaced it.
