Vestlia Resort, Geilo

My stay at the resort was a mix of delightful experiences and frustrating moments. The spa and restaurant offerings were fantastic, and the room we had was spacious and comfortable. However, the service at reception and poor room servicing marred what could have been a perfect stay. For what we paid, I expected better service overall.

I had a wonderful time at the resort, with its spacious rooms and luxurious spa facilities. The breakfast variety was impressive and definitely a highlight of our stay. However, some areas of service could use improvement, particularly with room cleaning, and there was ongoing renovation that detracted slightly from the experience.

During my stay at the Vestlia Resort, I found the family-friendly atmosphere to be a major highlight, especially with facilities like the indoor pool and bowling alley. The spacious family suite was perfect for accommodating my family for a ski holiday, and we enjoyed high-quality dining experiences. However, some service aspects, like the shuttle organization and limited options at dinner, left a bit to be desired.

Our suite was spacious and comfortable, providing everything we needed. On the downside, the dining experience could benefit from more variety in options for children, and some areas felt a bit disorganized, likely due to the unusual timing of our visit during the summer.

The swimming pool was a highlight, providing ample fun along with fantastic spa facilities for relaxation. However, the dining experience had its inconsistency, with some over-seasoned dishes and limited kid-friendly options. Additionally, better communication about local services would enhance the overall stay.
